Tattoo

When booking a tattoo, you will be prompted to fill out the "Tattoo Approval Form" once this is reviewed and your design is approved, we will either reach out for booking or approve your appointment.

*Please note you must be 18 years of age to be tattooed in Massachusetts. There are no exceptions.
