3 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PERMANENT LIPS:
• THE COMMITMENT: LOW. When properly-done lips fade, they basically just go back to normal. So if you decide not to keep up with color boosts, it's totally okay. You don't have to worry about it looking funny in any way if you stop refreshing the color.
• THE EXPERIENCE: Lips are no more uncomfortable to have done than ombré brows, & take about the same amount of time. Yes, the tissue is thinner, but we're working way closer to the surface for that reason. And as always, a topical numbing gel is used throughout the appointment.
• THE RESULT: Perfectly blushed lips with more life & definition than before. The healed color will be about halfway between your natural color, and the pigment we choose. For this reason, every client heals to their own unique shade. We don't tattoo outside the natural lip-line, blushy lips are where it's at if you want wearable results that age gracefully.
How to prep you lips for your lip blush appointment
*If you are receiving Lip Blush procedure and have a history of Cold Sores, Mouth Ulcers or Fever Blisters, it is likely that your immune system will react to the procedure. Please be proactive in contacting your physician for an antiviral medication such as Valtrax. It is important to allow this medication to be in your system 3-4 days before your scheduled session. Please advise with your artist and doctor if you have any concerns.
